Telemedicine - don't worry, nothing can go wrong, if in doubt just write us an email

New patients: You can contact us by email or contact form.

- We will send you a questionnaire about your complaints and ask you for your personal details (name, date of birth, address, mobile phone number.

- You email us the completed questionnaire and your personal information

  - We will arrange an appointment for an initial consultation with you by email or telephone, preferably by video (Zoom, Facetime, Skype, etc.). You will also receive a registration form for the medical insurance fund, which you should send back to us before the appointment.

  - During the initial consultation, I get a comprehensive picture of your symptoms, discuss the therapy plan, answer your questions and determine which laboratory analyses I need to treat you. Blood samples can be taken either by your family doctor or by a laboratory near you. Following the conversation, you will either receive the laboratory order from me or the laboratory will contact you directly.

  - When I have received the laboratory results (can take three weeks), I will send them to you with my explanations of the findings. At the same time, a prescription may be sent to a pharmacy.

  - Please contact us no later than 6 weeks after starting therapy so that the treatment can be continued. If you have any questions or problems, please contact us in advance at any time.

  Follow-up treatment:

If you are already a patient with us, further treatment will proceed as follows:

  - As soon as you receive the last dispenser of the prescription (two withdrawals are usually possible for a six-month prescription, four for an annual prescription) please contact us. If you already have a control questionnaire, fill it out and email it to us. If you don't have one (anymore), just send us a short email and we'll send one to you. Please also let us know whether your family doctor or a laboratory in your area should take blood.

  - I determine which blood analyses I need and either send you a list of the required blood values (blood sample taken by the family doctor) or a laboratory order or the laboratory sends you an email with a barcode, which you then have to show when the blood sample is taken.

  - When I have received the laboratory values (can take three weeks), I will send them to you with my explanations of the findings. At the same time, a prescription may be sent to a pharmacy, where you can then order the preparations as usual.
